Currently responsible for directing the firm’s multimillion square foot commercial and residential portfolio along with a staff of 60+ onsite and support personnel. Responsible for P&L activity and annual budgets, including capital improvement programs on each asset, negotiation of leases and tenant renewals. Coordinate due diligence on all new acquisitions. Don has been involved in property management since 1980, and says it’s all about customer service, attention to detail, juggling five balls at one time and being a jack of all trades…master of none.
Don and his wife Debbie like to fly the airplane Don built in his garage over a five year period. He enjoys working on vintage vehicles and currently has a 1970 Karmann Ghia and a 1954 Airstream camping trailer. Don loves football and is a 24/7 Patriots fanatic.
