Background
John is a LEED certified, registered architect who has worked in the field of real estate for more then 25 years as a project architect and a development project manager. John has spent his career designing large scale projects, and has supervised office, residential, hospitality and retail projects as a development manager. Some of his recent projects include new senior housing, air rights mixed use development and retrofitting failed residential properties. John has worked on several weatherization and energy efficient improvements to several existing properties. John is working on a new urban residential tower in the competitive downtown Boston market. The project is expected to achieve LEED Gold status.
