Background
Steve has more than 15 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry working for some of the Boston area’s most active real estate owners and service providers, including Harvard University, AEW Capital Management, Spaulding & Slye, and Jones Lang LaSalle. Over the last ten years, Steve has been involved in a wide-range of development projects, including student housing, residential condominiums, office and R&D buildings. As a development project manager at National Development, Steve manages all aspects of the real estate development process, including design, permitting, leasing, financing, and construction. Steve’s current responsibilities include the development of a portfolio of memory care assisted living facilities.
