    Digital Marketing Manager

    Overview
    As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy to drive leasing success across National Development’s property portfolio.  Leveraging your digital marketing expertise, you will collaborate with the firm’s residential and commercial business leaders and onsite teams, to create and execute marketing plans that align with property goals and ensure consistent deployment across the firm’s portfolio. You are a self-starter who is comfortable setting marketing strategies and rolling up your sleeves to execute digital tactics while leveraging a data-driven approach.  You will report to the VP of Marketing & Communications.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Own the strategy and execution of property marketing efforts to achieve performance goals across National Development’s residential and commercial portfolio. Develop annual marketing plans and budgets in collaboration with property managers and business leaders.
    • Collaborate with onsite teams and operations to review individual property performance to ensure occupancy and traffic generation goals are achieved. Track and analyze marketing data (Google Analytics, AdWords, social media metrics, etc.) to ensure the success of property campaigns and identify areas for opportunity and growth.
    • Shape the paid media strategy for all National Development assets to achieve property performance goals. This includes search-engine pay-per-click (PPC) ads, digital display advertising, social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns.  Lead Geotargeting, Geofencing, ILS, and email campaigns.   Ensure vendor accountability to National Development’s brands, efficacy, and budget.
    • Coordinate the overall strategy and messaging for each property. Ensure that messaging is consistent across all channels (digital, social, print, collateral, etc.).
    • Serve as social media champion for residential and commercial assets. Identify Social Ambassadors for each property and train, monitor, and guide them to achieve impact. Establish and communicate best practices.
    • Manage the creation and maintenance of all National Development property websites leveraging external partners and IT as needed. Review the organic placement of each website regularly and adjust keywords, tags, etc. as needed.
    • Collaborate with graphic design and leasing partners to produce and maintain all property collateral and signage including brochures, advertorial, direct mail, and any additional print marketing campaigns.
    • Collaborate with leasing partners and Events Coordinator to ensure commercial and residential events are effectively marketed and executed.
    • Takes initiative to identify, research, and launch cutting-edge digital programs to increase property performance.
    • Assist with corporate digital marketing initiatives as needed.

    Recommended skills and experience:

    • Minimum of five years’ experience in a digital marketing role.
    • Proven experience managing SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns.
    • Expert with digital, CMS systems, Google Analytics, and other marketing-related products. Experience with Jonah is a plus.
    • Strong critical thinking skills.
    • Experience managing external partners and corresponding budgets.
    • Exceptional project management skills.
    • Has an eye for design, and understands what elements make unique creative content.
    • Maintains a positive mindset and is a great collaborator.
    • Experience marketing real estate developments in lease-up are desired.
    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent progressive experience in marketing.

This is a Monday-Friday schedule that requires you rotate on call monthly. You will need a valid driver’s license and reliable car as travel is required.

        The Opportunity:

        National Development (ND) is looking for a full-time licensed HVAC Technician reporting directly to a Chief Engineer to assist our property management team responsible for maintaining over a million square feet of office and retail space in Burlington, Massachusetts. The ideal candidate must be skilled in all areas of general maintenance and must be able to perform physical maintenance operations of the property.

        As a Building Engineer/HVAC Technician, your primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:

        • Assist Chief Engineer in the performance of all maintenance duties for the assigned portfolio. Conduct general site, building, and mechanical room inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety and environmental compliance of all systems and ensure all is maintained in a professional matter.
        • Conduct troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify all issues and provide effective solutions.
        • Assist with preventative maintenance programs and ensure timely and efficient resolution of all work orders placed. This shall include check-off lists, machinery history, safety inspection and test records.
        • Assist the Chief Engineer with managing responsibilities for work performance of all building vendors including the scheduling, directing and planning the job performance for vendors and service contractors.
        • Keep the Chief Building Engineer and Property Manager advised of all matters incidental to the operational status, major overhauls and casualties to all systems.
