Jeff Lowenberg has joined National Development as Senior Vice President, Development. Jeff brings over 20 years of real estate development experience on large-scale urban mixed-use projects. At National Development, Jeff will manage site selection, feasibility and pro forma analysis, design, permitting and construction for several major projects.

Prior to joining National Development, Jeff led development efforts for GID Development Group on several projects in Seattle and Atlanta totaling over $2 billion. He has also served as Vice President-Development for Boston Properties.

Jeff received a bachelor’s degree from Humboldt State University and an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He participates in many industry organizations including the United Way, NAIOP, Urban Land Institute, and International Council of Shopping Centers.
