National Development has successfully permitted a warehouse/distribution project at 201 Lowell Street in Wilmington, MA. The land formerly owned by Textron Systems will be subdivided to allow Textron to retain 200,000 SF of office/manufacturing space and allow National Development to add 312,195 SF of an institutional-quality industrial warehouse on the property. Construction is scheduled to begin in early summer 2022 and should complete by summer 2023.
