Constitution Wharf

In 2018, Constitution Wharf underwent a major repositioning including a new double-height lobby and entryway, and fully updated employee common spaces such as a lounge, a cafe, and a fitness area. Landscape improvements were made throughout the eight-acre site, including public art and an outdoor seating area featuring an oversized media screen, interactive event space, and a fire pit taking advantage of the sweeping Boston Harbor views. The property updates enabled the leasing of over half the building to new tenants Shoes.com and MGH affiliate Home Base. The property was sold in 2019 to Jamestown.
