What We Do

Driven by purpose and passion, our team of 250 comes from many diverse backgrounds but is unified in our commitment, creativity, and vision. We value diversity, equity and inclusion both in our communities and within our walls.



We provide over $1M in financial donations, volunteer hours, philanthropic programs and pro bono services annually.



We work to understand the experiences of our community members so we are able to overcome challenges with solutions beneficial to all involved.



We invest our time, talent and experience. Through our resources and long-standing relationships, we can make profound impact.



We respect the neighborhoods, cities and towns where we build. We are an active and involved partner, committed to positive change.

DEI Committees

In 2019, we launched a formal DEI initiative with an eight-week senior-level workshop and the creation of our DEI Steering Committee. We also launched four DEI subcommittees –- serving as the embodiment of our DEI mission: culture, hiring, procurement, and philanthropy.
